This tab displays information about the relationship between the customer and your institution (pertaining to the indicated household, if the household search field is in use).
The list view on the right side of this tab displays information about accounts connected to the customer. The list view is categorized by Product Name and the number of Accounts within each product category is displayed. Total balances, limits, fees, and rates are also displayed. This list view displays information about all accounts connected to the customer (and the indicated household, if the household search field is in use) if the All Accounts radio button in the Accounts to Display field group (at the top of the tab) is marked. If the Select Accounts radio button is marked instead, you can filter what type of accounts appear in the list view by marking the checkbox fields for the account types you want displayed. Possible filters are Deposit Open, Deposit Closed, Savings, Certificate, Checking, Retirement, Loan Open and Loan Closed accounts.

Use the Comments for household field at the bottom of this tab to view and edit comments pertaining to the indicated household, if the household search field is in use. If a specific household number has not been indicated in that field, this field will not be available for editing. Previously entered household comments can be changed or deleted in this field. These comments are primarily for internal use at your institution.
This screen is used for informational purposes only. The information displayed on this screen must be adjusted on the appropriate screen in CIM GOLD.
