Use this field group to view and edit the selected remote user's identification information. The fields available in this field group depend on whether a Personal or Company account is being viewed (as explained on the User Profile Screen main help page).
The fields in this field group are as follows:

Mnemonic: SILGNM |
Use this field to indicate the username used by the user to log in to remote features at your institution. |

Mnemonic: SISSEI |
This field displays either the Social Security number (for Personal users) or the Employer Identification number (for Company users) or the Customer Identification Number of the selected user. |

Mnemonic: SINAMF |
This field displays the name of the individual (Personal) or Company user as recorded in your institution's database. |
|
Mnemonic: SIUNAM |
This field displays the name of the administrator for the selected user's remote access account. This field only applies to Company users. |

Mnemonic: SIEMAD |
This field displays the email address of the selected user. An alternate email address can be indicated on the Alerts tab. |

Mnemonic: SIOFFC |
Use this field to indicate the user's servicing branch number at your institution. |
