Navigation:  Internet and Phone Systems Screens > Setup Screen Group > User Profile Security Defaults Screen > Account tab > Loan tab

Use this tab to indicate whether alerts are sent to remote banking users when their loan accounts become delinquent or are about to become delinquent.

 

These defaults are automatically applied to all users. Individual values for these fields can be set for specific users on the Internet and Phone Systems > User Profile screen.

 

 

Up to 4 Alerts (AKDLN1-4) can be indicated (Alert fields with a checkbox represent active alerts). Use the Email (AKLNDQ) and Text (AKLNDT) checkbox fields to determine whether alerts will be sent via email, text, or both. Use the Number of Days field (AKDLD1-4) to determine the number of days out (Before (AKBDL1-4) or After the delinquency date, as indicated by the radio buttons) when the corresponding alert will be sent.
