This field group displays information about the selected user's GOLDPhone use. This information can be displayed for Personal/Company users (if the GOLDPhone tab is accessed from the main User Profile screen) or Sub-Users (if the GOLDPhone tab is accessed from the Sub-Users tab).

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Date Opened Mnemonic: N/A	The date the user's GOLDPhone account was created.
Date Last Accessed Mnemonic: N/A	The most recent date the user accessed GOLDPhone.
PIN Expiration Date Mnemonic: N/A	The date the user's GOLDPhone PIN will expire. On this date, the customer will be required to indicate a new PIN number.
Times Accessed Mnemonic: SIGPNC	The number of times the user's GOLDPhone account has been accessed.
Times Restricted Mnemonic: SICTNR	The number of times the user's GOLDPhone account has been set as Restricted in the Access Settings field group.
Unrestricted By Mnemonic: SIGPTU	The name or ID number of the employee who removed the most recent Restriction on the user's GOLDPhone account (as set in the Access Settings field group).
Unrestricted Date Mnemonic: N/A	The most recent date the user's GOLDPhone account had its Restricted status (as set in the Access Settings field group) removed.
