This field group displays basic year-to-date information for the loan account being assumed by the buyer.

If loan assumption has not yet occurred, this field group displays year-to-date information for the loan. If the buyer has assumed the loan, this field group displays year-to-date information for the loan as of the time of assumption.

The year-to-date balances and amounts displayed in this field group include the loan account's Interest (LAYTDI), Deferred Interest (LAYTDD), Taxes (LAYTDT), Subsidy (LAYTDS), Interest on Escrow (LAYTDR), and PMI Insurance (LACYMI).

	WARNING: Be sure the due date on the loan is equal to the Payment Start Date field on the Buyer Information tab. This is the only way the year-to-date Interest will be correct.
