Use this field group to view and edit basic financial information about the commercial loan property.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Next Financial Review Date Mnemonic: PZREVD	Use this field to indicate the date of the next financial review for the commercial loan.
Assigned Reviewer Mnemonic: PZAREV	Use this field to indicate the name of the person assigned to review the commercial loan on the indicated Date (see above).
Personal Guarantee Mnemonic: PZPGRT	Use this field to indicate whether the commercial loan has one or more personal guarantees.
Tax Returns Submitted Mnemonic: PZTAXR	Use this field to indicate whether tax returns have been submitted for the commercial loan for the current calendar year.
FICO Score Mnemonic: PZFICO	Use this field to indicate the loan account owner's FICO score.
Annual Loan Payments Mnemonic: PZTLNP	Use this field to indicate the total amount of annual payments on the loan (principal and interest multiplied by 12, then divided by the frequency). The system calculates this value and displays it in the Calculated Fields field group.
Other Loan Payments Mnemonic: PZOTPY	Use this field to indicate the sum of any other loan payment obligations the property owner has. These other loans may or may not be obligations to your institution.
