Navigation:  Loans > Loan Screens > System Setup Screens > Client Code Setup Screen > Generation Codes

The Generation Codes version of the Client Code Setup screen is used to establish which codes will appear in the pop-up list for the Suffix fields on the CIF tab of the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen as well as the Detailed Personal Information tab of the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen.

 

 

Check the boxes next to the Suffix codes you want to appear in the Suffix fields for employees at your institution who use CIM GOLD.

 

You can click <Select All> to place a check in the boxes in front of all the listed Suffix codes, or click <Unselect All> to deselect all the boxes.

 

If you check the boxes your institution wants and then click <Save>, and then later you click <Unselect All>, if you click <Re-Mark>, the boxes you previously selected will have checks again.

 

Suffix codes are set up on the Loans > System Setup Screens > Generation Codes screen.
