Use this Loans > System Setup Screens to create institution-defined Suffix values (to indicate on the CIF tab of the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen as well as the Detailed Personal Information tab of the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen).
Loans > System Setup Screens > Generation Codes Screen
The list view on this screen displays all institution-defined Suffixes that have been set up on this screen. Click <Create New>, enter a Code and Description (mnemonic GCCDB1/GCMX04) and click <Save Changes> to add a Suffix to the list view.
Code values 1-100 are reserved by GOLDPoint Systems. Therefore, institution-defined Suffix codes must be 101 or higher. Enter the Description as the Suffix will appear with the customer's name in reports and CIM GOLD records.
Your institution can define which Suffix codes are available for selection in CIM GOLD from the Generation Codes version of the Loans > System Setup Screens > Client Code Setup screen.

Record Identification: The fields on this screen are stored in the CSGC record (Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx). You can run reports for this record through GOLDMiner or GOLDWriter. See CSGC in the Mnemonic Dictionary for a list of all available fields in this record. Also see field descriptions in this help manual for mnemonics to include in reports. |

In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to System Setup Screens on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for System Setup Screens on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
