Use this field group on the UCC/Title Fields dialog to view and edit the UCC or Title information for the collateral item being created/edited on the Loans > Collateral Detail screen (once it has been Requested and received by your institution).

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Received Mnemonic: CFFRCD	Use this field to indicate whether the requested UCC or title information has been received by your institution.
File Date Mnemonic: CFUCCD	Use this field to indicate the date the requested UCC or title information was filed.
Filing State Mnemonic: CFUCCS	Use this field to indicate the state the requested UCC or title information was filed
UCC/Title Number Mnemonic: CFUCC#	Use one of these fields to indicate the ID number of the collateral item. The radio button marked in the Request field group determines which of these two fields is file maintainable.
Electronic Mnemonic: CFELTN	Use this field to indicate whether the requested UCC or title information was sent to your institution electronically.
Expiration Date Mnemonic: CFUCCX	Use this field to indicate the expiration date of the requested UCC or title information.
Continuation Date Mnemonic: CFUCCT	Use this field to indicate the most recent date a continuation statement was filed for the requested UCC or title information.
Image Batch ID Nbr Mnemonic: CFIBID	Use this field to indicate any image batch number associated with the requested UCC or title information.
