Use this tab to view and edit information for the customer loan account in regards to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), if the customer loan account is an FHA loan.

The fields to the right of most fields in this field group are mailing Method indicators. Possible selections in these indicator fields are "Registered" and "Certified." Method indicators are not required.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
HUD 1 Letter Sent Mnemonic: FCHD1S/FCHD1D	Use this field to indicate the date the HUD 1 letter was sent to the customer.
HUD 2 Letter Sent Mnemonic: FCHD2S/FCHD2D	Use this field to indicate the date the HUD 2 letter was sent to the customer, advising them that their case is being sent to the FHA for review.
Referred to HUD Mnemonic: FCHDRS/FCHDRD	Use this field to indicate the date the customer loan account file was referred to the FHA for assignment consideration.
HUD 3 Letter Sent Mnemonic: FCHD3S/FCHD3D	Use this field to indicate the date the HUD 2 letter was sent to the customer, indicating that they do not meet the requirements for FHA assignment consideration.
Sent Notice of Sale to HUD Mnemonic: FCHDSS/FCHDSD	Use this field to indicate the date a copy of the notice of sale was sent to the FHA.
HUD F/C Instructions Received Mnemonic: N/A	Use this field to indicate the date FHA foreclosure instructions were received by your institution.

FNMA status code DS49 should be put on the account to indicate the assignment is active now. To set the status code on the account, use the Comment Code field on the Contact/Comments tab.
