The fields to the right of most fields in this field group are mailing Method indicators. Possible selections in these indicator fields are "Registered" and "Certified." Method indicators are not required.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Sent Notice of Default to VA Mnemonic: FCVADS/FCVADD	Use this field to indicate the date the notice of default was sent to the VA.
Sent Notice of Intent to VA Mnemonic: FCVAIS/FCVAID	Use this field to indicate the date the notice of intent was sent to the VA.
Sent Notice of Sale to VA Mnemonic: FCVASS/FCVASD	Use this field to indicate the date a copy of the notice of sale was sent to the VA.
VA F/C Instructions Received Mnemonic: N/A	Use this field to indicate the date the VA foreclosure instructions were received by your institution.
VA Upset Mnemonic: N/A	Use this field to indicate the date your institution was informed that the VA failed to establish an upset price. This date is used in FHLMC delinquency reporting as default action code 62.
