This step of the Bankruptcy Proof of Claim displays the Total Claim Amount. The Total Claim Amount is pulled from the Allowed Claim Amount on the Bankruptcy Detail screen (see that field description for specifics on how this field is calculated).

 

If you have attached a POC Itemization, the system will select the Yes radio button with the words "Attach itemization statement" displayed next to it, as shown below:
