Use this screen to set up a list of employees at your institution who are available to be designated as customer account representatives. Once a representative is set up on this screen, he or she can be assigned to a specific customer account using the account's Account Representative field on the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen.

GOLDWriter reports can be processed to identify all accounts that a specific employee presides over. Time periods to retain representative information in the system can be adjusted for your whole institution on the Deposits > Definitions > System History Retention screen.
