Use the Employees/Profiles tab on the Queue Administration screen to view and edit information about employees and profiles set up to process collection queues at your institution.

The list view on this tab displays all Employees or Profiles (depending on which View radio button is marked) at your institution who are set up to process collection queues. Employees must be set up on this tab before you can assign them queues using the Assignments tab.
Click <Create New> and enter information in the fields on this screen to add employees and profiles to the list view. Profiles must first be created on the Profiles version of this tab before they can be selected in the Profile field on the Employees version of this tab.
Employees set up on this screen (on the Employees version of this tab) can be also be assigned a Branch number. The employee will only work with queues assigned to that branch.
Inactive Use the Inactive field to indicate whether the employee being created/edited is available to work with queues.
