Use this field to indicate the tax identification number or customer identification number of the household member being created/edited.

 

Use the ID Type field to indicate the type of identification the number in this field refers to.

 

If the identification number entered in this field represents a Social Security Number and is later changed, be sure to consult the Customer Relationship Management > Social Change screen to confirm that the process of updating the system with the new SSN has been completed.
