Use the menu bar at the top of CIM GOLD to access CIM GOLD main options and functions.

 

 

Depending on which CIM GOLD screen is currently selected, a navigation bar may appear to the right of the main menu buttons. This navigation bar is used to locate customer information by account number. See Finding Customer Accounts for more information on how to use this navigation bar.

 

The menu options accessed from the main menu bar are as follows:

 

File

 

Screen History - Select this function to view a list of all recently accessed screens in CIM GOLD. Select a screen in this menu to open that screen in CIM GOLD.

 

Refresh - Select this function to update the current session of CIM GOLD with the latest data from a GOLDPoint Systems host computer.

 

Print Screen - Select this function to print a copy of the current CIM GOLD screen. Printouts include a header with the date, time, and screen title.

If a Deposits > Account Information or Deposits > Miscellaneous screen is currently selected, a Deposit Options drop-down menu will appear in the menu bar. Use this function to indicate whether closed deposit accounts will be included in Next/Previous searches (see Finding Customer Accounts for more information).

 

If the Customer Relationship Management > Comments screen is currently selected, a Format drop-down menu will appear in the menu bar. Use this function to indicate the font, font style, size, effect, and script for comments entered on that screen.
