Select this function to print or save a list of CIM GOLD program modules and version numbers. This file helps GOLDPoint Systems know what type of CIM GOLD setup your institution is working with.

User Preferences

Use this function to set up user preferences for CIM GOLD. See User Preferences for more information.

Show Collection Comments

Select this function to open the Collection Comments screen, which functions identically to the Contact tab of the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen. See help for that tab to learn how to navigate this dialog.

EZPay

Select this function to open the EZPay screen, which functions identically to the Loans > Transactions > EZPay screen. See help for that screen to learn how to navigate this dialog.

Show Notepad

Select this function to open the Notepad dialog, which functions identically to the Loans > Account Information > Notepad screen. See help for that screen to learn how to navigate this dialog.

Calculate Offline Password

Select this function to open the Working Offline dialog (shown below). Enter your user name and institution number, click <Calculate Backdoor Password>, and the system will generate a security code you can use to access CIM GOLD in offline mode. Some offline functions require a valid user name and password in order to access them. Others, such as printing a version report or viewing help files, do not need security clearance.
