Screen: Loans > Account Information > Account Detail > Account tab

This field displays the number of times the loan has been extended and the date of the last extension. The maximum number allowed for the first field is 999.

Loans can be extended through the Loans > Account Adjustment screen by changing the New Term field. After entering any other pertinent information on that screen and clicking <Save Changes>, access the Account Detail screen and enter a "1" in the first field of the Times Extended field and a date of when you extended the loan in the second field.

Click <Save Changes> if you change information in these fields.
