A valid teller number must be entered in order to process reversals on this tab.
While in the process of reversing and reapplying transactions, GOLDPoint Systems locks the customer account to prevent unwanted transactions from taking place. For more information on how to set up tellers, see help for the Deposits > Definitions > Teller Information screen.
This tab is mostly identical to the tab of the same name on the Loans > Transactions > Payment Reversal screen. See help for that screen to learn more about the payment reversal process.
