Use this Loans > System Setup screen to indicate institution-defined scorecard model codes.

Scorecard models are previously established mathematical formulas that use demographic, statistic, and behavioral data to estimate the risk associated with loaning money to a customer. The result of this formula is the customer's credit score (according to the scorecard model used).

Scorecard models are indicated by your institution at loan origination. Codes set up on this screen will be available for selection on the Loan Origination Tracking dialog (on the Loans > Account Information > Additional Loan Fields screen) and should match codes indicated in GOLDTrak to prevent errors or confusion in your institution's records.

Scorecard model codes are created and added to the list view on this screen by clicking <Create New>, indicating an institution-defined Code number (CSCDB1) and Description (CSMX60) of the scorecard model, and clicking <Save Changes>. Select a model in the list view to edit that model's Description.

The list view displays the Code and Description of all previously created scorecard models as well as most recent file maintenance history for changes performed on the model (the Name of the employee who performed the change and the Date of file maintenance). Click any column header to organize the list view by that column's information type.
