Scheduled Rate Changes field group

Use this field group to view and edit scheduled rate change information for the customer line-of-credit (LOC) loan account. The Use Scheduled Rate Changes field must be marked in order to use this field group.

Description

Use Scheduled Rate Changes

 

Mnemonic: LNRLRS

Use this field to indicate whether the loan uses scheduled rate changes. This field affects afterhours processing for the loan. If this field is marked, the afterhours update function “Perform floating rate rolls” will no longer roll the loan Rate for the loan. Instead, the update function “Scheduled LOC rate changes for PMT 5, 9, 10” will take effect.

Roll Rate on Billing Night

 

Mnemonic: LZRRBL

Use this field to indicate whether rate changes will be allowed to occur on billing nights.

First Change Date

 

Mnemonic: LN1ROL

Use this field to indicate the first date the rate change will occur.

Rate Change Stop Date

 

Mnemonic: LZENDD

Use this field to indicate the date after which rate changes will no longer occur.

Use Actual Days

 

Mnemonic: LZUSAD

Use this field to indicate whether an actual number of days can be entered in the Change Frequency field.

Change Frequency

 

Mnemonic: LZDAYS

Use this field to indicate the number of days (minimum 30, maximum 365) between rate changes on the loan. This field must be entered in multiples of 30 unless the Use Actual Days field is marked.

Next Rate Change Date

 

Mnemonic: N/A

This field displays the next date a rate change is scheduled to take place.
