Use this field group to indicate Residential Funding Corporation (RFC) information for the investor being created/edited on this screen. This field group is used only if "RFC" is selected in the Investor Identifier field and according to the RFC's instructions.

 

 

Use the RFC - Other Amount field (I1OTHA) to indicate the amount shown on line 2F of the RFC Remittance Reconciliation Report (FPSRP087). This field should only be used when instructed by the RFC. This field needs to be updated prior to the end of each cycle to prevent duplicate information being sent each cycle. The information entered in this field is generally provided to your institution by the RFC.

 

Use the RFC - Prior Adjustment field (I1PPAM) to indicate the prior month's adjustments as instructed by the RFC. This amount can be positive (amount due to the RFC) or negative (amount due to your institution). This amount is sent to your institution in an adjustment letter from the RFC. This amount is also displayed on line 3 of the of the RFC Remittance Reconciliation Report (FPSRP087). This field needs to be updated prior to the end of each cycle to prevent duplicate information being sent each cycle. The information entered in this field is generally provided to your institution by the RFC.
