Use this field group to view and edit partial payment information on the customer loan account.

 

 

This field group displays the amount of funds paid but not applied to the loan because they didn't constitute a full payment. Teller transaction 510-33 (Increase Partial Payments) or 500-33 (Decrease Partial Payments) in GOLDTeller (as applicable) adjust this amount. Alternatively, the Change to radio button can be marked and the adjacent field can be used to indicate a new partial payment amount for the account.

 

Mark the Clear radio button to remove the partial payment amount from the account.
