Navigation:  Loans > Loan Screens > Original Loan Disclosure Screen > Name And Address field group

This field group displays basic name and address information for the customer. If two customers are tied to the account, both names will appear in this field group. This information is pulled from the Household Names list view table field on the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen > Names tab.
