If printing the payoff to send to a borrower, and the borrower has requested the quote be sent to a different address, use the Mail Payoff Quote To field (Mnemonics: POMES1-3) on the Mail & Comments tab of the Payoff screen.

The Comments field (Mnemonics: POMES1-3) can be used to enter a personal message or any information you want to convey to the borrower.

Anything you enter on this tab will be printed on the Customer Quote, as shown below.

Note: This information can also be added to the Loan Payoff Event Letter (event 14). Include merge fields <<PO CUSTOMER MESSAGE LINE 1-3>> and <<PO NAME LINE 1-4>> to pull in the information entered on this tab into the letter.
