The table below displays the Mnemonic, Description, and CIM GOLD Location for fields available within the FPAA record.

These fields will appear in the All Fields list view when "FPAA" is selected in the Record Type field. Mark the Restrict checkbox next to each desired field to restrict that field for the selected employee or profile. See All Fields for more information about the process of setting up field security.

AAFCYC	Forwarding Cycle Cd	Credit Clear Cycle field on the Deposits > Account Information > Commercial Account Analysis screen

AAICNT	Item Count	This is the number of times this particular costed item was assessed to this deposit account during the analysis statement date. This number is pulled from the Commercial Account Analysis screen and can be seen on the Deposits > Definitions > Commercial Analysis Estimate screen.
