This field group displays information about any demand or default notices sent to the customer in regards to a delinquent loan account.

Use the date fields to indicate the date a Demand or Default notice was sent to the customer (mnemonic FCCDMS/FCCDFS). The fields to the right of the date fields are mailing Method indicators. Possible selections in these indicator fields are "Registered" and "Certified." Method indicators are not required.

	Note: The Demand Notice date is reported to Freddie Mac as status code 80 (Date Breach Letter Sent) and appears on the Freddie Mac EDR Report (FPSRP153).
