This tab on the Investor Portal Loan Information screen displays information about collection comments attached to the account. Collection comments are notes about collection efforts on an account that can be generated automatically by the system or created manually by employees at the loan servicing institution. Use the Items per page field at the bottom right of the screen to indicate how many items appear in each page of the list.

 

The information displayed on this tab includes the date and time the comment was generated, a code indicating which loan servicing system triggered the comment generation, the teller number of the loan servicing employee who created the comment, and the actual comment itself (in the Description column).
