If this option is set, the system will print asterisks before and after the written dollar amount (legal amount). Example: If the check is for $999,999.99, the written amount would show as:

Note: Asterisks always appear before the (numeric) dollar amount, regardless of the option, as shown in the example above. No asterisks appear at the end.

If this option is set "Y," the system will automatically assign the next available check number. Users will not need to enter the check number before printing checks. You must coordinate with GOLDPoint Systems before you can use the Next Available Check Number feature.
