Bankruptcy Hearing Descriptions Screen |

Use this screen to view, edit, and create bankruptcy hearing descriptions to select in the Scheduled Hearings fields on the Loans > Bankruptcy and Foreclosure > Bankruptcy Detail screen. The 341 Meeting hearing description (Code 1) has already been entered by the system and appears in the list view on this screen.

To add a bankruptcy hearing description, click <Create New>, indicate an institution-defined Code number (mnemonic is BHCDB1), and brief Description (mnemonic is BHMX25) of the hearing, then click <Save Changes>.
You can delete any codes that aren't used anymore by selecting it from the list view and clicking <Delete>. Be careful when doing this. Deleting the code will delete it from any bankruptcy records. Make sure all codes have been removed from accounts before deleting the code.
To edit a hearing's description, double-click it from the list view to edit that hearing's Description.

Record Identification: The fields on this screen are stored in the CSBH record (Bankruptcy Hearing Descriptions). You can run reports for this record through GOLDMiner or GOLDWriter. See CSBH in the Mnemonic Dictionary for a list of all available fields in this record. Also see field descriptions in this help manual for mnemonics to include in reports. |

In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to System Setup Screens on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for System Setup Screens on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
