Use these fields to indicate institution-defined alpha search terms for the payee being created/edited.

 

Alpha search terms are alphabetic codes assigned to a payee. Their purpose is to identify a payee when the Alpha Search option is used in the Search Range field group to specify which payees should appear in the Payee list view.

 

Note: GOLDPoint Systems suggests using the first three characters of the first name and the first three characters of the last name for the sake of uniformity.
