This is not on the Bankruptcy Proof of Claim pop-up screen, but it is printed on the Proof of Claim form (see example). This information will be automatically entered by the system if your institution has the POC Notice/Payment Address field groups on the Loans > Bankruptcy and Foreclosure > Bankruptcy Options screen completely filled out. Once those fields are entered, the Proof of Claim will use that information for the address where notices and payments to the creditor should be sent.
