Dealer Setup > Dealer Setup Screens > Options Screen > Miscellaneous Options field group

Use this field group to set miscellaneous options that affect Dealer Setup screens and dialogs in CIM GOLD. In most cases, your institution’s administrator will set these options.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Use New Dealer System Mnemonic: DODSYS	Use this field to indicate whether your institution uses the Dealer System screens in CIM GOLD, rather than the Dealer Setup screens. Institution Option DSYS must be enabled in order to use the Dealer System screens in CIM GOLD.
Allow Approval for All Branches Mnemonic: DOAAAB	Use this field to indicate whether the Dealer dialog allows users to check "All Branches."
Use Auto Numbering for Dealer System Mnemonic: DOANUM	Use this field to indicate whether the system assigns an ID number to each new dealer created on the Dealer Setup > Dealers screen.
List Dealers Alphabetically Mnemonic: DOALPH	Use this field to indicate whether dealers appear in list views alphabetically.
Use Dealer Group Mnemonic: DOUGRP	Use this field to indicate whether users are allowed to create dealer groups.
Use Categories Mnemonic: DOUCAT	Use this field to indicate whether users are allowed to create dealer categories.
Use Manufacturers Mnemonic: DOUSEM	Use this field to indicate whether users are allowed to view and edit information for manufacturers.
Use Distributors Mnemonic: DOUSED	Use this field to indicate whether users are allowed to view and edit information for distributors.
Use Products Mnemonic: DOUSEP	Use this field to indicate whether users are allowed to view and edit information for products.
Use Personal Property Collateral Mnemonic: DOCLC1	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows users to designate personal property collateral.
Use Vehicle Collateral Mnemonic: DOCLC2	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows users to designate vehicle collateral.
Use Power Sports Collateral Mnemonic: DOCLC3	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows users to designate power sports collateral.
Use Outdoor Power Equipment Collateral Mnemonic: DOCLC4	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows users to designate outdoor power equipment collateral.
Value to Pass to LNFVNO Mnemonic: DOLNVF	Use this field to indicate what information will be forwarded to LNFVNO. LNFVNO refers to FHA/VA loans. The options for this field are “B - Branch Name” and “P - Plan Name.”
Use Custom Queues Mnemonic: DOSHQU	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows users to set up custom dealer queues.
Use eGOLDTrak Mnemonic: DOWORP	Use this field to indicate whether the system allows dealers to use eGOLDTrak.
