Mnemonics: DOAORD, DOSAPS, DOAPST, DOTDAY

 

Use this field group to indicate approval status options for dealers at your institution.

 

 

Up to 5 approval types can be indicated using the fields in this field group. Mark the checkbox by each text field and use the text field to indicate the necessary approval type used by dealers at your institution. These approval types appear on the Approval/Recommend tab of the Dealer Setup > Dealers screen.

 

Each approval level can have security set at the field level. For more information, see help for the Loans > System Setup Screens > Field Level Security screen.

 

Use the Approve in Order field (DOAORD/DOSAPS/DOAPST) to indicate whether approvals need to be made in order of their listed appearance on this screen (from top to bottom). Use the Temporary Approval Days field (DOTDAY) to indicate the length of time (in number of days) that temporary approvals are active.
