Navigation:  Customer Relationship Management Screens > Households Screen > Services tab > Household Options field group

Use this field group to indicate which service options will be enabled with the selected household.

 

 

Potential options determined in this field group are:

 

•Free Money Orders (mnemonic NMMONY)

•Free Traveler's Checks (mnemonic NMTCHK)

•Free Safe Deposit Boxes (Note: This feature is not currently used by GOLDPoint Systems. Mnemonic NMFBOX)

•Whether the system will Assess Service Charges on the account (mnemonic NMSVCG)

•Whether the system should Never Drop the selected household (mnemonic NMNEVR)
