Navigation:  Internet and Phone Systems Screens > Setup Screen Group > Security Options Screen > CIM GOLD Screen Options tab > Bill Payer Options field group

Use the Enable Bill Payer Dual Control field to indicate whether dual control for Bill Payer can be set up on the Internet and Phone Systems > User Profile screen for your institution.
