Navigation:  Internet and Phone Systems Screens > Setup Screen Group > Security Options Screen > CIM GOLD Screen Options tab > Alert Type Options field group

Use the checkbox fields in this field group to set up CIM GOLD to enable HTML Alerts (mnemonic WOHTML) and/or SMS (text) Alerts (mnemonic WOSMSD) to be sent by the system. Mark these fields in order to enable the options on the Internet and Phone Systems > User Profile screen.
