Navigation:  Miscellaneous Screens > GOLDPrint Screen Group > GOLDPrint Setup Screen > Reports tab

Use the list view on this tab to view all of the deposit, loan, and sys-print reports currently available to print or download. Select items in the list view and press <Add Reports> to add those reports to the Scheduled Reports to Print or Download list view.

Use the System Selection field group to indicate the types of reports (Deposit, Loan, and Sys-Print) to display in the list view. Possible selections are Deposit, Loan, and Sys-Print. Marking All Systems indicates that all report types will appear in the list view and makes the other 3 checkbox fields unavailable for file maintenance.

 

Use the Frequency Selection field group to indicate the types of reports (Deposit, Loan, and Sys-Print) to display in the list view based on their Frequency. Possible selections are Daily, Month End, Quarterly, Cycled, Year End, Daily Runs, Next Day, and Special. Marking All Frequencies indicates that reports with all Frequency types will appear in the list view and makes the other checkbox fields unavailable for file maintenance.
