Commercial Loans screens in CIM GOLD are used to handle your institution's property management needs for commercial loans. Use this tab to view and edit information about rental units on the selected commercial loan property. This tab is primarily used for informational purposes.

 

The list view on this tab displays all units previously specified for the commercial loan property. To remove a unit from this list, right-click the unit in the list and select "Drop Unit Item(s)."

 

To add a unit to this list, click <New Unit> and then use the fields at the bottom of this tab to indicate unit information. Indicate a unique institution-defined code Number for the unit as well as a basic Description of the unit, enter the Square Footage of the unit, indicate any Comments your institution wants to appear next to the unit in the list, then click <Add Unit>.
