Select at what point after the due date the delinquent loan will be sent to the Collection Queues system. The following codes can be used:

A = Pull Loans Past Due Date: This selection will pull all loans that have not had a full payment by the due date. This will even pull loans that are only one-day late.

WARNING: Since many borrowers make payments only a few days past the due date, selecting option A will create extremely large queues. In addition, collection records will be built for these loans. Institutions are charged for each collection record so selecting this option could become very expensive.

B = Pull Loans Past Grace Days: This selection will pull all loans that have not had a full payment after the grace days period has ended. Grace days are established during loan origination and appear on the Late/NSF tab of the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen, Note: This is the most commonly used option.

C = Pull Loans More Than 1 Freq Past Due: This selection will pull loans that are 29 days past due. The first frequency is 10-29 days. The second frequency is 30-59 days. The third frequency is 60-89 days. The fourth frequency is 90-129 days, etc. The number of times an account has been late in one of the frequencies appears on the Delinquent Payments tab of the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen.

WARNING: While this option is the most economical, it contains a big risk if you have loans with payment frequencies greater than monthly. This option will not produce a collection record until after the next payment is due. (Annual frequency 02/15/2017 would not produce the collection record until 02/15/2018; if it was a quarterly payment frequency with a due date of 02/15/2017, the collection record would not get into the collection queues until after 05/15/2017.)
