The PMI Percent field and PMI Code field work together. The PMI Code field displays the code for the company that insures the mortgage. A blank field indicates no PMI.

If the loan principal is automatically increased by a calculated amount, the principal increase can be applied to insurance premiums using codes 9901 through 9907. New codes may be added by sending a work order to GOLDPoint Systems. The following codes are currently available.
