The PI Constant field contains the portion of the regular payment that is divided between the amount to interest and amount to principal. This field is calculated by the system.

 

When the Pmt Method field is 5 (line-of-credit) and the Type field is 2 or 4, this field will be the principal constant and will be the amount to principal only.
