This field calculates the difference in months between the Open Date and First Rate Change Date fields. If one of these dates is missing or if the calculation is a negative number, this field will be blank.

 

The GOLDWriter work field, LNWLMTH, also calculates the number of months between the Open Date and the First Rate Change Date.
