This field displays the combined loan-to-value ratio. It is only calculated for line-of-credit loans (payment method 5, 9, or 10). It is calculated by dividing the sum of the Secondary Balance (on this tab) and the LOC Limit (on the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen) by the lesser of the Appraisal Amount or the Selling Price.
