This field contains the number of days after the due date and before a payment is made that are allowed on the loan before the late charge is assessed. The late charge will be assessed on this number of days plus the due date, but will not be assessed on Saturday or Sunday. Institution Option SALT allows you to assess a late charge on Saturdays. (Bi-weekly loans should have less than 14 grace days.)
