Credit Bureau Information field group
Use this field group to view and edit miscellaneous credit information for the customer loan account. Use the Report to Credit Bureau field (mnemonic LNCRBU) to indicate whether the customer's credit information will be reported to designated credit bureaus.
The Credit Risk Score fields (mnemonic LNRSK1-5, MLRSK6-9, MLRSKA) indicate borrower and co-borrower credit scores for the account. These scores are often imported at loan origination. For example, the two top-left fields (LNRSK1-2) display imported Equifax scores while the two bottom-left fields (MLRSK6-7) display imported FactorTrust scores. If these fields are edited on this screen, they do not update other credit score fields in CIM GOLD.
Use the Compliance Code field (mnemonic BUCMCD) to indicate your institution's method of notifying credit repositories about problems on the account. These codes notify credit repositories of disputes and other factors to clarify information being reported. This field also allows your institution to indicate whether the account must be closed at the customer's request. Changes to this field are reflected on the Loans > Credit Reporting screen.
Possible selections in the Compliance Code field are as follows:
