Commercial Loans screens in CIM GOLD are used to handle your institution's property management needs for commercial loans. Use the fields on this tab to view and edit contact information for the person who is designated as the contact individual for the selected commercial loan property.

 

The Name field can be used to indicate a business name while the Contact Person field is used to indicate the designated contact's name, or else the Name field can be used to indicate the designated contact's name while the Contact Person field is left blank.

 

Use the Miscellaneous fields at the bottom of this tab to indicate any information regarding the designated contact that your institution decides is necessary.
