Card File Maintenance Report (FPSDR182)

Availability

This report must be processed daily.

 

Purpose

This report displays changes made during the day to the Card Management screen (function 45/46) in the CIF System (Application 9). The information in this report is stored on the Customer Relationship Management > CIF F/M screen in CIM GOLD in the CIF System. A report option that shows only file maintenance performed by GOLDPoint Systems employees is available.

The Card File Maintenance Report displays the following information. The default for sorting is household, date, and time.:

11.New Data

 

*If the transaction was performed or processed by an GOLDPoint Systems employee, an asterisk (*) will appear adjacent to the teller number.

Column

Description

Houshold Number

This column displays the household (MNHHLD) for which the data was changed.

Empl ID

This column displays the employee number of the individual who changed the card data. If an asterisk (*) is displayed, a GOLDPoint Systems employee processed this transaction.

Time

This column displays the time that the data was changed in HH.MM.SS format.

Card #

This column displays the card number for the data that was changed.

Type

This column displays the type of card that was changed.

Off #

This column displays the originating office number.

Fld #

This column displays the field number for the data that was changed.

Seq

This column displays the card sequence of the data that was changed.

Desc

This column displays a description of the field that was changed.

Old Data

This column displays the contents of the field before it was changed. If there was no data present before, this field will be blank.

New Data

This column displays the contents of the field after it was changed. If the field was cleared out, this field will be blank.

 

Totals and Subtotals Provided

Totals and subtotals are provided for the number of tranlogs printed.
