Availability
This report can be processed any day of the month for the future month. When processed, the name and address for each certificate account’s IRS owner having birthdays in the following month will appear on the report.
Purpose
The Birthday Report prints name and address information of IRS owners with open accounts that are having a birthday the next month. The report can be processed two ways. For example, if it is processed on 8-15-02, you will create a birthday report for 9-16-02 through 10-15-02. If it is run on 8-31-02 (monthend), you will get a report for 10-01-02 through 10-30-02. It can be set up to process on any day of the month or at monthend.
An option can be turned on to print the name and address for all accounts.
The report will sort by Social Security number and birthdate.

Totals and Subtotals Provided
The only total shown on this report displays the total number of accounts included in the report.
