This report is run at monthend. Consult your customer service representative about scheduling this report differently. This document is the report; use FPSDR128 to create past due notices.
Purpose
The Safe Deposit Box Past Due Report shows the boxes that are overdue, what amounts are due, and when the box rental fees became past due.

Description |

Office |
This column displays the office location of the safe deposit box (SBOFFC). |
Box Number |
This column displays the safe deposit box number (SBBOX#). |
Freq |
This column displays the billing frequency (SLFREQ). The frequency is used to calculate the number of billing cycles that the customer is past due. |
Date Due |
This column displays the date the box rent is due (SBNXDT). |
Amount Due |
This column displays the amount due for the safe deposit box (SBAMTD). This amount will include the total for all billing cycles past due. |
Household |
This column displays the household number associated with the safe deposit box (SBSEIN). |
Name |
This column displays the owner's name associated with the safe deposit box. |
Message |
This column displays messages concerning the safe deposit box. Currently, the only message that will appear in the column is "WARNING: DUE DATE IS NOT VALID." There will be no notice printed if this message is encountered. |

The Safe Deposit Box Past Due Report is typically sorted by the office where the box is located (sort 80), but can also be sorted by:
